We stayed in room 212, Kingsize, with a balcony overlooking the river. The ducks travel back-n-forth without hindrance. We also had a beautiful tall oak tree in front of the balcony, which blocked the view of the main street traffic. Squirrels are going about their business up-n-down. A Raccoon even showed up in the height of that tree! So, it was like a hidden gem of country in the middle of high tourism going to-n-fro. We loved the back porch overlooking the river. The rocking chairs are very nice. Very peaceful. We have stayed in the Econo Lodge Riverside just down the river....and although it too...is nice... we have decided... we like RiverBend Inn better and it is cheaper! Our kids stayed at the Econo Lodge for 7 nights at $1200+. We stayed at RiverBend for 10 nights. Our final cost was cheaper at $1190.00. We would walk from RiverBend to the Econo Lodge Riverside enjoying both views of the river. Room 212 is large. The private balcony is great! The daily breakfast of scrambled eggs, biscuits&gravy was a plus. There was also sausage, but unless it's turkey... we couldn't eat it. But those that could...did. they have two pools. One inside, the other outside. Kids loved them. You could actually walk to the Wood Grill...and the Sundiner..restaurants... the Majestic theater is right next door to the RiverBend Inn. CrackerBarrel also in a longer walking distance or a short drive. You gotta be able to walk, though! The main street is very busy, so pay attention to the walk/do not walk sign! Anyway, we enjoyed our stay, and my husband requested this little place again when we visit Pigeon Forge in the future. We traveled every day to the Smoky Mountain Convention Center...traffic can be heavy. But you have everything. Restaurants, entertainment...tryout could keep going straight into Gatlinburg ... more traffic lol... but we went up to the mountains. We saw 4 bear while there. But...I would ask for the corner rooms...212 and above.

The rooms are great, our balcony was amazing, the pools are both awesome, and it's so nice to stay at a place that has breakfast included! Is it a gourmet meal for breakfast? No. But it is exactly what you need for a trip. I do wish they had some fruit there though, like bananas, apples, and oranges. Also, the staff is so nice there! This is our 2nd year in a row staying there, and we keep coming back because they are so great!

We love the location. We love the heart shaped tub, balcony, and fireplace in our room. The parking area was well lit. We felt safe coming in after dark. We were able to walk to many restaurants and attractions.

It was a decent place to sleep and shower. The breakfast was a bonus. When it was brought to management's attention of a problem, it was repaired in a timely manner. The outdoor pool was ample for families, with a small water play area for the tots. Parking was easy. It was quiet...I did not hear the bell of the elevator, the steps in the hallway, nor my neighbor's TV's or conversations.

Location is close to everything in pigeon forge. We always stay here because it's clean and beds are comfortable and the price. This is the only time I have come the clerk being rude and she was to the couple in front of me. If this happens again I will probably look for another place
